Hailey Shroder, PA-C

Hailey Shroder is a nationally board-certified physician assistant who joined the practice in the summer of 2025. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology and her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Dayton.

Before becoming a physician assistant, Hailey worked as an EMT, gaining valuable experience in emergency medicine and direct patient care. Her background, combined with a lifelong passion for sports, inspired her interest in orthopedics—with a focus on helping patients recover from injuries and return to the activities they love.

Hailey works closely alongside Dr. Thompson and Dr. Galluch to provide comprehensive, patient-centered orthopedic care. She is a member of both the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) and the Ohio Association of Physician Assistants (OAPA) and is committed to staying up to date with the latest advancements in orthopedic medicine.
