M. Matthew Milam, PA-C
Matt brings to us several years of orthopedic office and surgical experience through his previous employment at orthopedic practices in Cincinnati, Ohio, and Bellingham, Washington. He was an assistant athletic trainer at North High School in Springfield during the 2003-04 school year. He was a graduate assistant in athletic training at Xavier University in Cincinnati from 2001 to 2003. In addition, Matt was an athletic trainer for a physical therapy practice in Cincinnati for two years.
Matt received his certificate in physician assistant studies from Kettering College of Medical Arts, his master's degree in education with a concentration in sports administration from Xavier University, and his bachelor of science in athletic training from Wilmington College. In 2015, Matt graduated with a master’s in physician assistant studies (MPAS) from Pace University in New York, New York.
Matt is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA), and Ohio Association of Physician Assistants (OAPA). He also serves as team provider for Northeastern High School.
Matt resides in his hometown of Springfield with his wife Tami and their three children, Marlia, Mattison, and Madix.
